1. Аpplication area and CONSENT

1.1. The personal data of individuals using the Sharity.place service are processed by the service development team. She is the owner and manager of the Sharity.place User Personal Data Base.

1.2. Sharity.place users' personal data is processed on secure servers located both within and outside the European Economic Area.

1.3. This Privacy Policy describes the procedure established by the Sharity.place Service for the processing of personal data collected using the www.Sharity.place website (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and related services and tools that allow users to register on the Site, publish or view in real time already published ads, use another related to the above service. 1.5. Users should be aware that when they click on some links posted on the Site or in a mobile application, they may be redirected to sites (applications, etc.) of other companies outside the hosting space of the Sharity.place Service, where information about Users is collected outside direct control of the Sharity.place Service. 2. INFORMATION COLLECTED, RECEIVED AND POSTED BY the Sharity.place Service

2.1. Account Information: When a User creates an account on the Site, the Sharity.place Service may require certain information, such as a valid email address and password. Announcements and Deals: As part of its website, the Sharity.place Service may post information, including personal and contact information, necessary to complete transactions between a Volunteer and a Refugee, to send messages and communicate between users. Users are responsible for all information they post on the site. The user must carefully consider all the risks associated with the fact that he makes certain information - in particular, the address or other information of a personal nature - publicly available.

2.3. Games, Advertising and Promotion: As part of the operations of its site, the Sharity.place Service may collect personal information, such as name and contact information, when users participate in games, quizzes and other marketing promotions organized on the Site or on third-party sites by the Sharity.place Service . As part of the operation of its site, the Sharity.place Service may also process information related to the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, including which ads were viewed on the Site and on third-party sites.

 

2.4. Customer Service: When Users contact the customer service department, Sharity.place Service may - as part of its site operations - collect personal information necessary to fulfill the User's request and receive feedback if necessary. Information obtained as a result of surveys: The Sharity.place Service may collect and store information that is obtained as a result of surveys that may be conducted by the Sharity.place Service or third-party contractors engaged by the Sharity.place Service, namely information regarding gender, age, marital status, personal preferences, etc.

2.8. Information available from user profiles in multi-user Internet platforms (social networks): By registering on the Site, or logging into the site using social network authentication services, the User grants the Sharity.place Service consent to the collection and processing of information available from the relevant profiles in social networks, as well as the publication in the relevant social networks of information about the User's actions on the Site.

2.9. We collect information about the ratings and reviews you provide to other users after your interaction with them, as well as the ratings and reviews you receive from other users, in accordance with our Terms of Use. We do this in order to measure user satisfaction with the transaction experience, to ensure an optimal and efficient level of communication between users, and to check and prevent unwanted activity and behavior in the context of the activities carried out on our services. This information allows us to take the necessary and appropriate measures to maintain high standards in the provision of services.

Information that the Sharity.place Service does not collect or process:

The Sharity.place service does not collect or process personal data about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, and similar information.

 

3. IP ADDRESS, COOKIES and MOBILE IDENTIFIERS

4.1.5. conducting research and analytical activities in order to improve our service; and

4.1.6. enforcement of the User Agreement of the Sharity.place services, including the fight against fraud and insults;

4.1.7. evaluation of certain factors of personal information, in particular, to analyze and predict personal preferences, interests, behavior or location.

 

4.2. Sharity.place will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to comply with any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

To determine the appropriate retention period, the Sharity.place Service takes into account the volume, nature and sensitivity of personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which the Sharity.place Service processes your personal data, and whether the Sharity Service may .place to achieve these goals through other means, and the corresponding legal requirements.

6.4.10. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

6.4.11. know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

6.4.12. to protection from an automated decision that has legal consequences for users of the Site.
